Frequently Asked Questions


All orders are sent via Courier and include tracking numbers.  Should you wish your order to be sent via Australia Post please let us know.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing and dispatch. During high demand periods (shop updates) please allow up to 5 days for order processing. This excludes Express Post orders. We work really hard to get all of your orders out as soon as possible.

Once orders have been dispatched please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

During checkout you may choose if you would like “Signature on Delivery”, this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you. If your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact the Courier directly.

If a parcel goes missing while on it’s way to you please let us know! We really don’t like it when parcels go missing and we will do everything we can to find it!

All of our parcels are insured for up to $1000 as per the courier company.  All claims for breakages must be done within 24 hours of delivery.

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.

– incorrect address

– Return to sender

– failure to pick up from your local post office

We are happy to give you a store credit (minus shipping) if you do not wish the item/s to be resent.

​​Christmas/Holiday orders

Please have all orders placed by midnight 16th December. Any orders placed after this time can not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas, unless express post is purchased.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Please read all listings carefully. If you are unhappy with your order please let us know so we can make it right.

We comply with NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.

It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However we understand sometimes you might find another item you like more. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days so if you need to cancel your order please let us know asap. once it has left us we are unable to retrieve your parcel. Please note we have a $10 restocking/cancellation fee for any orders cancelled (this includes pre orders).

If your order is damaged during transit, we can claim via the courier company within 24hrs of receipt and up to the value of $1000.  Photos will need to be provided for this claim.
